Effect of POMx on the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in PMACI-stimulated KU812 cells. KU812 cells (3 × 10⁶ cells ml^-1) were pretreated with POMx (20–100 μg/ml) for 1 h and stimulated by PMA (40 nM) plus A23187 (1 μM) for 12 h. The production level of IL-6 (A) and IL-8 (B) was determined by a sandwich ELISA. Values shown are Mean ± SD of four independent experiments and differ without a common letter P < 0.05, P < 0.001.
