Twenty-five ng of RNA-derived cDNAs were used for the quantitation of mRNA levels using 40–60 cycles of real-time PCR program. The mean CT (cycle of threshold) values and standard deviations (n = 5–8) are shown in the table. The relative ratios of mRNA levels were calculated using the double delta CT method normalized with Rpl32 CT value as the internal control and Ttp CT value or liver CT value as the calibrator.
