Effects of NF161 and NF177 on FMLP-evoked myeloperoxidase release by PMNs. The results are expressed as percentage inhibition of myeloperoxidase release evoked by 10-8M FMLP in the absence of NF161 and NF177: this release amounted to 31 ± 6%.
