All groups displayed a significant change over the 8 weeks of the study (p < 0.001, ANOVA). Using the Wilcoxan Matched-Pairs Signed-Rank test the following descriptors reflect statistical significance from baseline; * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, ** p < 0.001. Note the p values for groups A and C approached significance at week one (p = 0.051 and 0.053).
